4 What to include in your email

To help us respond properly, please include the details that match your issue.

  • Your full name and registered mobile number.
  • Your business name or provider listing name, if applicable.
  • Payment ID, UTR, invoice number, transaction screenshot, or payment date for payment/refund issues.
  • Lead plan details if your request is about delivered leads, remaining leads, or refund.
  • A short explanation of your issue with any useful screenshot.

Findoly will never ask for your bank password, card CVV, OTP, or private login password by email. Please do not share sensitive payment credentials with anyone claiming to be from Findoly.
