Simple Terms for Findoly Providers

These terms explain the basic rules for creating and managing a provider listing on findoly.com.

Terms should be simple and practical.

By registering as a provider on Findoly, you agree to keep your listing accurate, respond to genuine enquiries fairly, and use the platform responsibly.

1 Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions apply to businesses, freelancers, service professionals, and authorised representatives who create, claim, or manage a listing on findoly.com.

2 Provider account

  • You must provide correct name, mobile number, email address, business details, and other required information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login access, registered mobile number, and email secure.
  • You must not create fake accounts, duplicate listings, misleading listings, or accounts for a business you are not authorised to manage.

3 Listing information

Your listing helps customers find your business. You agree that all listing details you submit are true, current, and not misleading.

  • Business name, category, address, phone number, service area, working hours, photos, pricing, and service descriptions should be accurate.
  • You must update your listing if your contact number, address, service availability, or pricing changes.
  • You must not upload copied, offensive, illegal, fake, or third-party content without permission.

4 Customer enquiries and leads

  • Findoly may send customer enquiries, call requests, WhatsApp requests, or lead details to you based on your listing and plan.
  • You should contact customers respectfully and only for the service enquiry they raised.
  • Findoly does not guarantee that every enquiry will convert into a confirmed order, booking, or payment.
Important: Do not spam, harass, mislead, or misuse customer contact details received through Findoly.

5 Plans, payments, and invoices

  • Some listing features, leads, promotions, verification, or visibility options may be free, paid, or plan-based.
  • Plan pricing, features, limits, and validity may be shown during registration, checkout, or inside your provider dashboard.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment partners. Findoly does not store full card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.
  • Invoices or payment records may be sent to your registered email or made available in your account where applicable.

6 Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, plan changes, or credits may depend on the plan purchased, usage, campaign status, and applicable offer terms shown at the time of purchase.

For billing support, email support@findoly.com with your registered mobile number, business name, and payment details.

7 Verification and moderation

Findoly may review, verify, edit, reject, hide, suspend, or remove listings if information appears inaccurate, duplicate, harmful, illegal, misleading, or against these terms.

  • We may ask for documents or additional details to verify ownership, category, address, or business identity.
  • Verified status, ranking, badges, and visibility are not permanent and may change based on listing quality, plan, user feedback, or policy checks.

8 Prohibited use

  • No fake listings, fake reviews, fake enquiries, false claims, or impersonation.
  • No illegal services, fraud, abuse, threats, adult exploitation, harmful content, or services banned by law.
  • No scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, automated misuse, or attempts to damage Findoly systems.
  • No selling or sharing customer lead details outside the purpose of responding to that customer enquiry.

9 Reviews, ratings, and ranking

Customers may leave reviews, ratings, feedback, or complaints about your business. Findoly may use listing completeness, customer feedback, response behaviour, location, category, plan, and quality signals to decide listing visibility or ranking.

You must not offer fake reviews, force customers to change reviews, or post reviews for your own business using false accounts.

10 Limitation of responsibility

Findoly is a discovery and enquiry platform. We help connect customers and providers, but we are not responsible for the actual service quality, pricing, delivery, warranty, customer payment, provider-customer dispute, or offline transaction unless specifically stated in writing.

11 Account suspension or closure

We may suspend, restrict, or close a provider account if there is policy violation, fraud risk, repeated complaints, illegal activity, payment issue, security concern, or misuse of the platform.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, pricing, policies, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of Findoly after an update means you accept the updated terms.
